Social Emotional Learning

The Foundation of Girl Code.
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is the process through which children and adolescents learn to understand and manage their emotions, set and achieve positive goals, show empathy toward others, build healthy relationships, and make responsible decisions.

Through the QUEENS Inc. Girl Code Program, participants develop the confidence, leadership skills, and emotional awareness needed to navigate challenges, build meaningful connections, make positive choices, and thrive in their schools and communities.
Caregiver Engagement

Supporting Families. Strengthening Communities.
QUEENS Inc. believes that empowering girls also means engaging the families and communities that support them. Through caregiver workshops, community conversations, and special events, we provide resources and opportunities for parents and caregivers to support the confidence, growth, and success of the girls in their lives.​
