Lanika Mitchell (DeShields), LCPC, NCC

Lanika is the Founder and President of QUEENS Inc. and brings professional experience in the mental health field. She is a Bowie State University alumna with advanced training in School Counseling and Child & Adolescent Studies. Her leadership is informed by her experience in the D.I.V.A.S. program, which inspired her commitment to creating empowering spaces for girls.
